Stop shipping addresses that your carrier and your invoicing system can't accept — and tell the customer exactly how to rewrite them.

• It doesn't just say no. When an address is Latin with diacritics, the plain spelling is known — so the customer is told what to write. Łukasz Wiśniewski becomes Lukasz Wisniewski.
• Checked where it matters. First name, last name, company, address, address line 2 and city — the fields that end up on the label and the invoice.
